Poppies Pre-School Nursery based in Laurencekirk, Aberdeenshire offers exceptionally high quality childcare in a safe, stimulating and caring environment where children can play, grow and learn.
We were delighted to receive a commendation from the Nancy Ovens Trust for the work that we do "to provide challenge, creativity and imagination for a great play experience within a nursery setting."
Our staff are all fully qualified and experienced and are committed to working in partnership with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their child.
Our policy of continuous monitoring and improvement of our childcare service has led to the nursery being given excellent reports from the Care Commission and HMIe.

What we are learning about at the moment.
We have began working in the garden. We now have a lovely arbour, water feature and a bird bath which were bought with money some of our parents kindly gave us. We are now looking at placing them in the garden.
