Location The fully equipped rooms are located at KSD Dundee, 51 Reform Street in the heart of Dundee, close to the city Railway Station and a few minutes from Dundee Bus Station. There's easy access to city centre shopping, restaurants, bars and hotel accommodation within a few minutes walk. Facilities The Training Space is located on the 2nd floor of the building and includes a shop and tearoom for refreshments and Buffet lunches. Toilets are located within the tearoom and also within the Harmony Hall itself, meaning there's no interruption to your event. The Harmony Hall is versatile and can be used as a theatre (up to 50 people) or more informally as a large meeting room for seminars, conferences, training courses or team away days (30 persons). The Tranquility Rooms can be used as breakout rooms (one large, for up to 8 people, one medium, for 4 or 5 people and one small, for 1 to 1). The tearoom can also be used as a lecture room or a breakout room for up to 25 people through special arrangement. Reception Facilities are available during normal working hours (9am – 5pm). The rooms are available outside these times by prior arrangement. Viewing is possible by prior appointment. The Training Space Hiring Policy from January 2009 A non-refundable deposit of £30 per day is required to secure bookings. The deposit will be deducted from the final invoice. The deposit will be retained to cover cost in the event of breakages or spillages or damage. Numbers attending are required to be notified 48 hours before use. Cancellation Policy Cancellation within 2 weeks of the booking will result in liability on the hirer’s part to pay half the cost of their booking. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in the hirer’s part to pay the full cost of the booking
